Australia National Rugby Union Team: The Wallabies
The Australian national rugby team are governed by Rugby Australia. The team is commonly known as the Wallabies and they are one of the world's finest rugby sides. They’ve won two Rugby World Cups and they’ve also captured The Rugby Championship (previously known as the Tri-Nations) on four occasions.
Due to the side's success over the years, more than a dozen former Wallabies players have been inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame. They include John Eales and Nick Farr-Jones, who were both World Cup-winning captains.

The Wallabies team has competed at every edition of the Rugby World Cup. In the competition, they’ve firmly established themselves as one of the world’s elite teams. This is because they’ve won the Rugby World Cup twice, finished as runners-up on two occasions and claimed a third-place finish.
However, the Wallabies team has also endured some torrid Rugby World Cup campaigns. For example, at the 2023 tournament, the Wallabies failed to get past the pool stage, as they were beaten by both Fiji and Wales.
