Another code-switch on the cards? Jarryd Hayne spotted with union club

Jarryd Hayne has been spotted training with a Sydney rugby union club, leading pundits to believe that another code switch may be on the cards for the 31-year-old.
Currently without an NRL contract, Hayne was seen running around with the Eastwood Rugby Club, who compete for the Shute Shield and play in Sydney's premier club grade.
The Daily Telegraph spoke with club head coach, former Super Rugby outside back Ben Batger, who denied the club were looking for Hayne to ink a contract.
“Jarryd’s mates with one of the boys, he just came and did some training with us,” Batger said.
“There’s nothing there. He did a bit of fitness with us and had a run around. Look, we’ve got a settled squad and there’s no thoughts of him playing.
“He’s got plenty on his plate anyway. It would be very, very unlikely that he lines up for Eastwood this year.”
Hayne’s career is currently in limbo as he faces criminal charges in both Australia and the United States.
Hayne's legal team is due in court on April 3 to fight his aggravated sexual assault charge, where he intends to plead not guilty.
It’s alleged that Hayne had non-consensual sex with a 26-year-old woman on the night of the 2018 NRL grand final, and he is also facing rape allegations from his time as an American football player with the San Francisco 49ers.
Hayne is yet to play rugby union professionally, but has played the condensed version of the code when he played for the Fijian Sevens team in 2018.

BB a 9'5 you have to be kidding. No way was he that good you seem to have the same hero worship of BB that the coaches have with him. Rieko to the wing or out altogether he is actually a real hand brake to this team.

Also, AUS has only beaten ENG of note. They need to show up v SCO & IRE to get a proper gauge. Beating WAL three times doesn't count. Also, winning one test from six in TRC is useless. So TRC2025 will be the real litmus test for AUS. That said, I'm rooting for our SH brothers for the next two tests.
