BREAKING: Footage of England and Wales 'closed' forward session gets leaked

England and Wales forwards pack are going head to head this morning in Bristol in what's been described as an 'intense' forwards training sessions.

Although inter-team training sessions are more common at club and schools level, it's a very rare occasion at international level.

However, this short piece of footage of the closed session has made it onto the internet, and seems to show one pack getting the better of the other.
