Brown provides update on recovery after knee surgery

Harlequins full-back Mike Brown has given an update on his knee two months after his season-ending surgery.
The 34-year-old revealed to his followers on Instagram last week that he is starting to move his knee again following the operation.
The 72-cap England international is not expected to return to rugby until next season after playing through the beginning of this campaign with a knee complaint.
No player has played more games for Harlequins than Brown - and he has insisted that he will return to the Stoop next season.
Meanwhile, his long-time England and Quins team-mate Chris Robshaw, who has played the second-most number of games for the London club, is set to leave at the end of the season, with a potential move to Rugby United New York in the United States on the cards.
Brown is set to continue with the side he has represented his entire career, having made his debut in 2005. He will be 35 years of age when he returns to action next season but there is nothing to say that he will not regain the 15 shirt.
Unfortunately for Quins, Brown’s injury has coincided with a number of other players at the club being absent, which has contributed to their mixed start to the season.
However, Paul Gustard’s outfit have improved in recent weeks and have climbed to sixth in the Gallagher Premiership table, just one point behind fourth-placed Gloucester.
But they will still need to continue through the rest of the season without one of their biggest names as he continues his recovery.

He goes on to say that they just need to deal with the Bok scrums, lineouts and territorial game. Those are not one or two little things ...
Besides, I suspect Tony Brown would like to see his new attacking philosophy clicking against Wales. That involves a lot more than set pieces and kicking. And Gatland might want to be ready for it.
For me the big question is whether the Boks retain their shape and intensity, regardless of the scoreline. If they do that then it could be a cricket score.
But there have been times this year when we have seen them get into a kind of error strewn, shelter shelter, hot potato mode on attack. Hope we don't see that, because it is silly and ineffective. Also boring.
I would love to see the new Bok plan in full flight. But, sadly, my expectation is that we will be another England-like post-game interview, with Rassie "taking the win" but declaring that they did not play the way they intended to.
