Dan Carter expected to sign with Japanese Top League club
By Online Editors
Dan Carter is expected to finish his playing career in Japan next year, according to French reports.
The bi-weekly rugby newspaper Midi-Olympique has reported the 112-test All Black will take up a lucrative deal with a Japanese team following the end of his contract with Racing 92 this year.
The deal is expected to take Carter through to the end of his playing career.
The Robbie Deans-coached Panasonic Wild Knights are one of the Top League's premier clubs and would be an ideal fit for Carter, having coached the Crusaders whilst Carter was there, although they also have former Wallaby Berrick Barnes on the roster.

I don’t think so. True champion sides can deploy all types of games, including a classical trench warfare arm-wrestle. I don’t think the Bears quite have it in them. Not sure a team can win a trophy with highlight reel rugby alone. It’s easier to disrupt it, than it is to create it.

Don’t think the Bears are legit title contenders. You can lose, but not like this. Getting bent over and pumped like this completely removes the fear factor of s team.
