Eddie Jones confirms new additions to England coaching team ahead of Six Nations
Eddie Jones has begun the process of bringing England forward following their defeat in the Rugby World Cup final by announcing two additions to his coaching team.
Jones has brought in Simon Amor and Matt Proudfoot in a bid to freshen things up, while there is also a change of job title for Steve Borthwick.
Amor will join as England's new attack coach, while Proudfoot joins as forwards coach.
The addition of Proudfoot will see Borthwick switch from forwards coach to skills coach.
Amor will leave his role as England 7s coach to join Jones' set-up. A former 7s player, Amor led Great Britain to a silver medal at the 2016 Olympic Games.
Former Scotland prop Proudfoot was part of Rassie Erasmus' coaching team which steered the Springboks to the Webb Ellis Cup in November.
Jones lost both Scott Wisemantel and Neal Hatley from his coaching team following the Rugby World Cup, while former Bath and Saracens player Borthwick has been linked with a move to take up a coaching role with Leicester Tigers.
