Evans signs new Scarlets deal
Wales international Rob Evans has signed a new contract with the Scarlets that will keep him at the region "for the foreseeable future".
The 24-year-old prop has come through the ranks at Parc y Scarlets and has been Wales' first-choice loosehead since the 2016 Six Nations, starting four of five matches in this year's championship.
"I am really pleased to have signed a new deal with the Scarlets," said Evans, who has 17 Test caps to his name.
"The boys did well whilst we've been away in camp keeping us in the race for the Pro12 top four and it's great to be back at Parc y Scarlets and do all I can to help us reach that goal.
"Playing for the Scarlets is a huge honour for me, there's a good feeling amongst the group as we push for silverware and I wanted to be part of that over the next few years."
The Scarlets sit fifth in the Pro12, three points adrift of the top four with four games of the regular season to go.
