Felipe Contepomi set for shock return to Leinster - reports
By Online Editors
ESPN are reporting that Argentinian legend Felipe Contepomi is set to quit his role in the national set-up to return to European Champions Leinster.
Contempomi is the current head of the Argentinian XV side, but the former flyhalf would join Leinster as backs coach.
The move - if it goes ahead - comes following the departure of Daniel Hourcade from the headcoach position.
A qualified doctor, Contepomi is the Puma's all time leading point scorer. Daniel Hourcade’s final game in charge of Argentina ended in a 44-15 defeat to Scotland in Resistencia.
Leinster lost the services of Girvan Dempsey, who joined Bath as Attack Coach and will head to the West Country ahead of the 2018/19 season.

I think he's just trying to suggest theres a lot more opportunity there, so it is silly to treat them like outcasts when they could be playing for Australia. But I agree with you, that wouldn't have happened either way. Still, as JWH suggests, it's not a good look for Scotland and rugby.
