Former France flyhalf Beauxis calls time on career

Former France flyhalf Lionel Beauxis has called time on his professional rugby career.
A cult figure in France, Beauxis is currently playing for Beziers in the ProD2, but has decided that this will be his final season after an astonishing 20 years in professional rugby.
He won 28 caps across for France in an on-again, off-again Test career, his international debut coming against Italy in the 2007 Guinness Six Nations.
"It's time to hang up the boots and make place for the youth," the 36-year-old told French channel Canal Plus.
Between 2007 and 2018, Beauxis appeared in 28 games for France, including the 2007 World Cup.
Beauxis has won the Top 14 twice, once with Stade Francais in 2007 and a second time with Toulouse in 2012.
Pau, Bordeaux-Begles, Lyon, and Oyonnax were among his other clubs in a storied club career.

Except for the 6N he has won nothing. No WC's, no Lions tours not anything. He is ranked even behind Eddie Jones, who has won a WC with SA and have a better victory rate than Gatland. Keep your so called "best coach" in the world. No one but Wales wants him. A very harsh Hell No comes to mind if anyone asks if they would want Gatland as head coach.
