New Zealand U20's reach final following French stare down

New Zealand have reached the U20 Championship final following an eventful semi-final win over France. The game began with a 2-minute stand-off as both sides refused to budge following the Haka. The referee finally managed to coax the Baby Blacks into action much to the delight of the onlooking French team.

The move backfired spectacularly as New Zealand went on to demolish France 29-0 in a one-sided first half.  The pick of the tries came courtesy a sublime assist from Tiaan Falcon:

France did manage to muster a comeback in the second half scoring this fine effort from winger, Tauzin. The game however was out of reach, with New Zealand running out 39-26 winners.

New Zealand will now face England in the final on Sunday after they overcame South Africa 24-22 in the second semi-final. Full highlights of the game below:
