Rugby Explorer - Italy
Italy plays host to Jim Hamilton in the latest episode of our Rugby Explorer series. The first stop is the eternal city, Rome, where Jim catches up with old friend and Italian royalty, Andrea Lo Cicero. He also receives some Gladiator training from famed and feared instructor, Proximo.
We then move onto the rugby heartland of Treviso and visit Italy’s most successful club ahead of their European Challenge Cup game against Grenoble. We chat to some of the players and coaches looking to change the face of Italian rugby.
A big thanks to everyone who welcomed us in Italy and Treviso. It's one of the most hospitable rugby destinations we've visited, and there's a real passion both on and off the pitch. We look forward to seeing the continued growth of the game in Italy over the coming years.
