Steve Hansen rules out England coaching gig
Incumbent All Blacks head coach Steve Hansen has declared his lack of interest in coaching England post 2019.
The 58-year-old is off contract with New Zealand Rugby at the end of 2019, and has not given a clear indication of where his coaching future lies.
Despite not having any concrete commitments after the World Cup year, Hansen has ruled out one potential coaching job.
"I can say I won't be coaching England," Hansen told BBC Radio 5 Live's Sportsweek programme.
"If I was going to stay coaching international rugby then I'd stay coaching the All Blacks. It's a massive time commitment no matter what team you're with.
"It would have to be right for the family and the team. If it's not right for both those parties, it wouldn't be right for me to go off and coach someone else.
"I'd rather stay and do it in New Zealand if it was right. I don't know what I'll do when the day comes for me to finish but coaching is in my blood."
Hansen also added his thoughts on England's Six Nations struggles after the Lions Tour.
"It's something we thought might happen and it's difficult. They'll have an off season and I think the off season will be really important for the English guys. I'm sure they'll sort it out and will be a tough team to beat in November."
The All Blacks are set to take on England in November.

SA has consistently been protected by WR/IRB officials for the past 3 decades. This same protection and bias was also clearly evident in SR when they competed there and SA were never the top SA rugby nation. They went 9 years without winning it before fleeing.
