The jerseys that the teams will wear at Rugby World Cup 2023
With 50 days to go before the start of the 2023 Rugby World Cup on September 8, Wales became the 16th team to reveal their Rugby World Cup jerseys on Thursday. Their shirts – from kit manufacturer Macron – are said to be inspired by the Welsh national anthem, Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau.
Macron have also produced the jerseys belonging to Italy, Portugal and Scotland. Nike have also been busy, partnering with Argentina, Fiji and South Africa for the finals.
Seven other manufacturers – Adidas, Asics, Canterbury, Flash, Force XV, Le Coq Sportif and Umbro – account for the nine other countries whose jerseys have so far been revealed.
Namibia, Romania, Georgia and Samoa were the four countries at the time of publishing yet to unveil what they will be wearing at the finals in France, but the Namibians have since joined the party with a BLK outfit.
