The Perfect 10: Trailer drops for Dan Carter film
The much-awaited trailer for the film chronicling the life and achievements of Dan Carter has finally dropped.
Dan Carter: A Perfect 10 will hit New Zealand cinemas on August 29. Clips from the trailer indicate that viewers can expect to hear from a host of rugby experts, including former All Black captain Richie McCaw, former England first five Jonny Wilkinson and one of Carter's replacements, Beauden Barrett.
The feature-length documentary promises a deep dive into the first five's life, starting with his early days in the small town of Southbridge, to his provincial, Super Rugby and international careers.
With Stephen Donald's The Kick releasing in 2014 and the new Jonah Lomu film also due to hit small screens in August, could we be seeing the start of the All Blacks Cinematic Universe?

Yeah, Perofeta's injury opened the door for Love to debut. Love's injury in NPC ruled him out of the Bledisloe Cup matches, but Robertson saw potential in him, so he kept him around for the EOYT. However, Perofeta's recovery meant he could return, hence Love being played on the Wing.
Robertson's attitude was just pissing me off near the end of the year, with how he'd go around complimenting the new guys as if he'd always seen potential in them, despite only giving them a chance due to injuries.
