Japan's remarkable World Cup journey has come to an end after their quarter-final exit at the hands of South Africa.
The Brave Blossoms lit up the tournament with their exciting brand of free-flowing attacking rugby, which saw them take major scalps against Ireland and Scotland to top Pool A.
The hosts simply didn't enough to match the power and skill of the Springboks, but fans on Twitter were full of praise for a team that have provided so many memorable moments at this World Cup.
