Toulouse extended their lead at the top of their Heineken Champions Cup pool by beating Montpellier 23-9.

France centre Romain Ntamack scored tries either side of half-time, with Thomas Ramos successful with both conversions and also landing three penalties.

Montpellier scrum-half Benoit Paillaugue landed two penalties and South African World Cup winner Francois Steyn kicked a long-range effort for the visitors.

Four-time Champions Cup winners Toulouse are six points clear at the top of Pool Five ahead of second-placed Gloucester.
