UPDATE: Serial bad boy Lavanini gets off lightly for cumulative red card
Pumas lock Tomas Lavanini escaped further sanction after he received two yellow cards in his side's loss to South Africa in Salta.
The SANZAAR Foul Play Review Committee accepted a guilty plea from Lavanini, who was consequently issued with a red card after the two yellow cards in the match.
The SANZAAR Foul Play Review Committee of Nigel Hampton (Chairman), Stefan Terblanche and John Langford assessed the case.
In his finding, Hampton ruled the following: "Having conducted a detailed review of all the available evidence of both yellow carded incidents, including all camera angles, as well as submissions from his legal representative Aaron Lloyd the Foul Play Review Committee upheld the red card.
"With respect to sanction the Foul Play Review Committee ruled, after considering a number of factors, including the fact that the second yellow card was not for a foul play offence, the effect of the red card both on the match and on the player's team, and the Player being off the field for a total of some 35 minutes, that the player's ordering off was sufficient in itself and that no further sanction was appropriate in these particular circumstances."
"The player is therefore free to play and will serve no additional suspension."
All SANZAAR disciplinary matters are in the first instance referred to the Foul Play Review Committee to provide the option of expediting the judicial process.

Clearly. Haven’t seen it but will take a look, if deliberate then deserved ban incoming…

Not sure it would be fair to judge McKellar on Leicester, it’s a tough gig with that dressing room and looked more like a poor fit more than anything else.
Would be a shock if O’Gara would touch it, he publicly dismissed Wales recently but covets France, England and Ireland - in that order.
Cotter would be interesting and he’s got qualities but he’s also got some elements of Eddie Jones about him believe it or not - he had the Scotland wc squad in camp, believe it or not, with the French foreign legion and ripping the heads off chickens!
