By RugbyPass
Adapting to Rugby Sevens from the 15-man version is often said to be similar to playing another code altogether - the fitness base required to contain top-level players alone is a tough requirement for even the seasoned professional.
The nature of the Sevens game can be appreciated much more from the sky, where you can see just how difficult it is to contain players in open space. The natural flow of play is mesmerising from the air - almost like watching a video game.
