The first batch of nominees have been revealed for the 2017 World Rugby Awards, taking place in Salle des Etoiles in Monte Carlo on the 26th of November.
The remaining categories will be revealed in stages over the coming weeks.
Last years winner was Maro Itoje and in 2015 New Zealand’s Nehe Milner-Skudder took the top prize.
In order to be eligible for the award, all the nominees have to have played less than one year of international rugby.
