Bio

Alexandra Chambon is a talented French rugby union player who represents both FC Grenoble Amazones and the France women’s national rugby union team as a scrum half.

Born on 2 August 2000, Chambon's rugby career began in Montmélian, where she grew up. Domestically, she now represents FC Grenoble Amazones.

Chambon’s strong passing skills and her ability to make quick decisions on the pitch quickly caught the eye of international selectors. She made her first international appearance in November 2021, during a match against South Africa that France won 46-3. She was also named as part of the team for the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

With a bright future ahead, we’re confident that we’ll be seeing a lot more from the talented French scrum half.
