Caroline Drouin Bio

Caroline Drouin is a hugely talented fly-half who currently plays for Lyon. Throughout her distinguished career, she’s also represented the French national team and the France rugby sevens team.

For most of her domestic career, Caroline Drouin has represented Stade Rennais. However, in 2024, she announced that she’d signed for Lyon. With a talent for both rugby sevens and the XV-a-side game, Drouin has represented her country in both codes.

She made her debut with the France women’s sevens team in 2017 and was instrumental in helping the side reach the Tokyo Olympics. During the competition, she propelled her side to the gold medal match. Sadly, here they were defeated 26-12 by New Zealand. She also competed at the 2024 Olympics, which were held in Paris.

Drouin made her debut for the XV-a-side team in 2017. During her career so far, she’s represented her country at two Rugby World Cups and has won the Six Nations Championship.

Still young and with plenty left to prove in the game, we can’t wait to see what else Caroline Drouin can achieve in both sevens and the XV-a-side game.
