Bio

Frederic Michalak is a talented scrumhalf or fly half and is one of the most popular French athletes and European rugby union players. He is signed at his hometown team, Toulouse in the Top 14 where he has been playing since 1998. He was part of the Toulouse side that won the French championship in 2001 and also the Heineken Cup in 2003 and was instrumental when they repeated that feat in 2005. Michalak made his debut for France against South Africa in 2001 before becoming a regular in the French side and was part of their 2003 Rugby World Cup squad. He was also part of the Grand Slam winning side of 2004 and the Six Nation champion side of 2006.
