Bio
Rose Bernadou is a French prop who has represented Montpellier Hérault Rugby since 2018 and the France women’s national rugby union team since 2020.
Bernadou was born on 27 March 2000. She started playing rugby at eight years old and in her youth career, played for the junior club Association Sportive de Béziers Hérault.
After studying in Toulouse, she began her club career in 2018, playing for Montpellier Hérault Rugby. Her excellence didn’t go unnoticed and two years later, in 2020, she made her international debut. Her first match for the France women’s national rugby union team was against Scotland, on 25 October 2020.
She was later called up to the French squad for the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
Bernadou has shown excellent promise in rugby union so far and with so much of her career left ahead of her, we anticipate seeing much more of the talented French prop.
